Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Autoregistro account already?
No. If you don't have an account yet, we'll create it together during the call — the first 3 weeks are free, no card required.
What should I have ready?
Your ID (DNI/NIE), your property details (address and number of guest places) and, if you already have one, your SES Hospedajes portal account.
Will you use my passwords?
No. You type your credentials on your own screen; we only tell you where. We will never ask for passwords by email or phone.
What if we don't finish within the call?
Sometimes the Ministry's portal takes a while to activate the registration or credentials. If that happens, we schedule a follow-up to finish the job at no extra cost.
What language is the call in?
