Questions about pricing
How much does Autoregistro cost?
€1 a month per property. No setup fees, no extras and no lock-in. On top of that, the first 3 weeks are free and we don't ask for a card to start.
Why are you so cheap?
Because we've automated what others charge a premium for. We do one thing —send your traveler reports to SES Hospedajes— and we do it well, without padding the price with features you don't use.
Is there any lock-in or commitment?
None. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want. If it's not for you, you leave, no hard feelings.
Is the price per property or per guest?
Per property. €1/month covers unlimited guests and bookings for that property. If you manage several, you pay €1 for each one.

How billing works
Everything that happens after the free trial, no small print.
How and when am I charged?
You start with 3 weeks free and no card. When you're ready to continue, you add a card and from then on it's €1/month per property, charged automatically. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
Does the price include VAT?
The €1 is before tax. Stripe adds the VAT that applies based on your country and billing details, itemised on your invoice.
Where do I see my invoices or change my card?
Inside the app, under Account → Billing. From there you open your Stripe portal to download invoices, update your card or cancel whenever you like.
How do I cancel? Are there refunds?
You cancel yourself from Account → Billing — no phone calls, no lock-in. When you cancel, billing stops at the next renewal; the current paid month isn't partially refunded.
I have several properties. How is it billed?
€1 per month per active property. When you add one, you're charged the prorated amount right away; when you remove or pause one, it stops counting from the next renewal. It all adjusts automatically — no need to tell us.
I only rent seasonally. Can I pause a property?
Yes. You can pause a property from the dashboard: its registration form closes and it stops counting toward your bill from the next renewal. Resume it before the season and it's billed again. If it's your only property, the €1/month minimum stays while you're subscribed.
