How to connect Airbnb and Booking with Autoregistro
No technical integration needed. You just schedule an automated message on Airbnb or Booking that sends your Autoregistro link to the guest once the booking is confirmed. They fill in their details and we submit them to SES Hospedajes for you.
Airbnb
Airbnb has 'Scheduled messages' that send on their own when an event happens (new reservation, check-in, etc.).

Open scheduled messages
Go to Airbnb and open Messages (the speech-bubble icon at the top). In the left sidebar, click 'Scheduled messages'.

Create a template
Click 'Create template' and give it a name, for example 'Guest registration'.

Choose when it sends
Select the trigger 'New reservation' (or 'Check-in', a few days before arrival) and the timing you want.

Paste your Autoregistro link
Write a short message and paste your property's link. You can use shortcodes to add the guest's name.

Save
From then on, the message sends automatically for all your Airbnb bookings.
Booking.com
On Booking you do it with scheduled message templates, from the Extranet.

Open Messaging Preferences
In the Extranet, go to the 'Property' tab and open 'Messaging Preferences'. You need admin rights.

Create a template
Create a new template and include your Autoregistro link. You can personalize it with the guest's name.

Schedule it
Choose when it sends: when the booking is made or a few days before arrival.

Save
The template will send automatically for your Booking reservations.
Two things worth knowing
- Always send the link after the booking is confirmed: Airbnb blocks external links before confirmation.
- Guest registration is a legal requirement (RD 933/2021). That's exactly the exception Airbnb's link policy allows, so you're covered.

Do I need any integration or API?
No. You just schedule an automated message on Airbnb or Booking with your Autoregistro link. No technical connections.
Where do I get my Autoregistro link?
In your Autoregistro dashboard, on each property, with the 'Copy link' button. That's the link you paste into the automated message.
Doesn't Airbnb block external links?
Only before the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, you can send links. On top of that, guest registration is a legal requirement, which is the exception Airbnb's policy allows.
Does it work the same with Vrbo or other platforms?
Yes. Any platform that lets you message the guest works: you just need to get your Autoregistro link to them.
What if bookings come from several places?
It doesn't matter where the booking comes from: as long as the guest receives the link and fills in their details, Autoregistro submits the report to SES Hospedajes.
