Service Description

Autoregistro is a guest registration platform that enables Spanish rental property managers to collect guest data as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and submit it to the SES Hospedajes government system.

User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and use the platform only for its intended purpose of guest registration and regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of the Autoregistro platform are the intellectual property of the operator. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Autoregistro provides the platform on an as-is basis. While we strive to ensure reliable operation and accurate data submission to SES Hospedajes, we are not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions in the government system or for the accuracy of data entered by users or guests.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be submitted to the courts of the city where the operator is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
