How they actually differ
The pricing model
Chekin charges per property with a 3-property minimum; Partee by property capacity, with a custom quote. Neither publishes a closed price.
Product scope
Chekin is a full suite (deposits, upselling, smart locks) aimed at managers; Partee is a leaner, cheaper registration tool.
The fees
Only Chekin adds per-transaction fees: 1.5% + €0.30 on deposits, 1% on payments and 10% on upselling. Partee and Autoregistro charge nothing per transaction.
Police-system coverage
Chekin and Partee also submit to Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalonia) and Ertzaintza (Basque Country). Autoregistro submits to SES Hospedajes, the system for the rest of Spain.
Which one fits your case
Several properties and extra modules → Chekin
If you want deposits, upselling and damage protection built in and manage 3+ properties, Chekin is the most complete suite.
Catalonia or Basque Country → Chekin or Partee
If your property reports to Mossos or Ertzaintza, you need a tool that covers them. Autoregistro (for now) only submits to SES Hospedajes.
Just SES compliance at minimum cost → Autoregistro
A flat, published €1/month per property: online check-in, automatic submission and 3-year legal storage.
Unsure? They all have free trials
Partee gives 1 month free, Autoregistro 3 weeks without a card, and Chekin offers a trial too. Comparing for real is cheap.
