The traveler report: easy in theory, a mess in practice
One report per stay
Every booking means a traveler report with the guests' data. With several properties or a busy season, that's a pile of reports to fill in by hand.
24 hours to send it
The report has to reach SES Hospedajes within 24 hours of check-in. Miss it and you're taking a risk.
Typing data = typos
Copying names, document numbers and dates by hand is the perfect place for a mistake. And one wrong field can get the submission rejected.
The SES portal doesn't help
Between the digital certificate, the forms and the portal going down, sending a report becomes heavier than it should be.
How Autoregistro takes the report off your plate
Guests fill in their own data
You send a link and the guest fills in the report from their phone before arriving. You copy nothing.
It validates itself
Autoregistro checks the data is in the right format before sending. Fewer rejections, fewer headaches.
It's sent to SES for you
The report goes straight to SES Hospedajes, on time, without you logging into the portal.
It's kept on file
Every report sent stays on record, in case anyone ever asks.
