Each guest's identity (ID document, date of birth, signature…) can only be collected by you at check-in. Booking doesn't send that report — you do.

You have at most 24 hours from your guests' arrival to report their details to SES Hospedajes.
Fines up to €30,000
Not reporting your guests' data is a serious offence: €601 to €30,000. Reporting late is a minor offence, €100 to €600.

Does Booking.com send the traveler report to SES Hospedajes for me?
No. Booking.com reports its own reservation data, because platforms are also obligated parties under RD 933/2021. But the traveler report with each guest's identity is filed by the accommodation owner: you. They are two different communications.
What exactly does Booking report, and what's on me?
Per the Spanish Interior Ministry's FAQ, each obligated party transmits the information it holds from its own activity. Booking holds the reservation data; you are the only one who sees your guests' ID documents at check-in, so the traveler report is always yours.
Which guest details do I have to send?
The identity data in Annex I of RD 933/2021: full name, ID type and number, date of birth, address, phone or email, plus stay and payment details. All within 24 hours of arrival.
How do I send my check-in link to Booking guests automatically?
In the Booking Extranet, go to Property → Message preferences and create a scheduled template with your Autoregistro link. From then on it's sent automatically with every confirmed reservation.
Does it also work with Airbnb and direct bookings?
Yes. Autoregistro's check-in link is platform-independent: it works for Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo and any direct booking.
